At the beginning of September, we celebrated 20 years of Miton's existence in Jablonec, where it all originated. Although the situation is not too favorable for the celebrations, the huge garden of the Volt brewery gave us the opportunity to meet many of you who participated in our 20-year journey.

Thanks to the large garden of the Volt brewery, we were able to celebrate in the fresh air
Even the smallest ones were invited (in the photo with his children Ondřej Nejedlý, Linkers)
The theme was typically a circus
A juggling workshop was prepared not just for the kids
Ondřej Raška, Radek Matějček, Martin Řezáč (both Miton Klidná síla) and Michala Gregorová (Miton team) enjoying cold drinks. We especially recommend local beer 🍻
Michal Jirák with a very creative gift from the Minion.cz team
Founders of Miton alias Sixpack with a beautiful Jablonec dam in the background (from left Tomáš Matějček, Václav Štrupl, Milan Zemánek, Ondřej Raška, Tomáš Hodboď and Michal Jirák)
One more break to take pictures of the Miton team by the ice cream parlor and hurry back to celebrating
Four-legged friends were not to be missed at the celebration
Tomáš Matějček gave the speech. On the right, the first employee of Miton, Jan Svoboda, whom everyone calls Hanz
Always smiling Gabriela Teplá (GLAMI)
After dark, we were enchanted by the performance Vysoké snění by the Vosa Theater
It was a real circus experience
We thank the guests for coming and that they have been part of our 20-year journey

(press release) A startup founded by Johanna von der Leyen and Marek Miltner at Stanford is changing the way companies and public institutions work with geospatial data. Instead of needing to hire a team of GIS experts, PangeAI agents allow making complex analyses and decisions involving physical infrastructure as easy as typing a prompt. The goal is to make the physical world as searchable and understandable as the digital one.
(press release) Even though companies know very well that AI can significantly increase their efficiency, most never get further than paying for ChatGPT accounts for their employees. It’s not motivation they lack - most fail in the implementation phase. The problem lies in the approach companies take: they treat AI as if it were traditional software. And this is exactly where Bandits comes in, a new project by Jiří Štěpánek, Kryštof Mitka and Miton.
The guests of the Miton AI Times event were Tomáš Gogár (co-founder and CEO of Rossum) and Martin Schmid (co-founder and CEO of Equilibre), who joined to discuss the challenges of building an AI startup.
