When creating Bonami, we wagered on the investment theory that people tend to “buy with their eyes”. Bonami was initially conceived as a furniture aggregator, but at the time of its creation the home & decor sector was under-represented on the internet. And so on this open landscape Miton began to build an e-commerce entity that would become a leader in its field.
The year 2012 saw the birth of Bonami, a home & decor marketplace brimming with inspiration. Now Bonami introduces new products on a daily basis: decorative, practical, often ingenious and original, always beautiful. There is something to suit every taste among the tens of thousands of distinct furniture and home accessory products on offer.
Bonami will never be the place to get the best price for a product you find elsewhere – that would make little sense in the home & decor market. Bonami brings products from all around the world, products you’re likely not to have seen elsewhere. You can let yourself be inspired by the beautiful images, or place an order for something unique. In both instances Bonami will have fulfilled its mission.
Bonami has come a long way since its founding. Gradually we are building our catalogue of regular products that can completely furnish a flat or a house. Bonami’s international team comprises 150 office staff and an additional 100 staff in operations. All five countries where we are currently active are supported from our Prague office.
Starting in June, fast-growing Bonami will have a new boss – Miton’s Pavel Vopařil. Pavel will take over from David Šiška, who is heading in the opposite direction – to Miton.
